The Plan Set included in this Kit is the Intellectual Property of LucasCube and licensed for use to Little Timber Inc. and by signing this Agreement the plan set is licensed for one time use and may not be shared or reproduced in any way shape or form without the express written consent of LucasCube and/or its officers or representatives. Plan Set is engineered in the state of Washington. For projects not located in Washington, Buyer is responsible to retain and pay for engineering by a local licensed engineer in order to satisfy local building authorities. Any additions or omissions to the Plan Set resulting from such engineering are not the responsibility of LucasCube, Little Timber or any associated Suppliers. Any additions or omissions will be the financial obligation of the Buyer or Buyers contractor.

Mass Timber Structural Kits utilize small diameter fiber from ecological restoration efforts on the Colville National Forest. Much of this small diameter harvest is tight grained quality Western Larch and Douglas Fir GLT and GLB: SPF CLT panels. Small Diameter selective thinnings yield 2x4, 2x6, and 2x8 that are manufactured into value-added CLT Panels, Glue Laminated beams and Columns, Glue Laminated Timbers, and Dimensional Lumber. Structural Skeletons, Floor Systems, Walls and Roof systems all use the above listed products.

Little Timber Cabins employ the use of Simpson Strong-Tie (an American Company) Concealed Hardware Products to maintain the clean wood look, facilitate rapid assembly and promote worker safety. Custom Engineered Steel and Aluminum connectors may be used in some situations and applications.

LittleTimber will provide after both parties sign Agreement, a basic Plan Set engineered in Washington State. Site plans and permitting assistance are not available outside of Washington state at this date. All site work including assembly of Kit is not within the scope of this proposal. This proposal is for the Kit only. Kit usually takes 10 weeks from receipt and posting of deposit to Delivery. Delivery dates vary due to oscillating materials and transportation availability.

The Kit shall be provided according to this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that this Agreement and all Terms and conditions shall become effective immediately upon execution of this Agreement by the Client or by the Clients communication of a direction to proceed with the services, including by electronic mail, and shall remain in effect unless and until amended or superseded by a written agreement executed by both parties. This Agreement is executed with the following attachments specifically included and binding to this Agreement: LittleTimber Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. This quote is valid for 14 days from the date of signature, subject to lumber cost variations as noted in the Attached Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
